Parents who are doctors.Could we have some help!!

We are studying micro organisms in science and we would love it if a doctor could come and explain, in simple terms, in Spanish or if possible in English,the differences between bacteria and viruses and how each one affects us .How can we avoid catching them? How can we cure them? Please let me know if any of you could help us and when. Next week we have exams every morning. Thankyou very much
