Each child in 5B is working in a group of 6 to complete a project about one aspect of life since the 1940's.They will be expected to present their project to the class during the last two days of term.They should share out the work and include their own drawings, information in their own words,powerpoints perhaps a fashion show and even musical recordings.Each child has been told which group they are in excluding children absent today. Trip to Bandama

Please wear sports uniform.Bring a hat or cap and cream to protect you from the sun.Bring a small bag to put your lunch in and a bottle of water.If you bring a camera you need to have a note from your parents saying that they are responsible if it gets lost.No mobile phones allowed.Do not bring your swimming gear .We will not be swimming on this trip.You will need pencil and a peg with a board or something similar.We will only have fun if you are sensible.

There will be a maths test on Tuesday on: decimal fractions-ordering them and changing decimal fractions to fractions and visa versa.Sequences,square numbers,prime numbers ,written methods of multiplying and short division and the 9 times tables.

Hi everybody. Do your five a night off the maths sheets and I'll try to get some more homework sorted tomorrow.
Our assembly is on Friday.
Please practise your interviews and dance steps.
You will need street clothes if you are someone famous try to look a bit like them but don't go mad.Everyone except Samuel will need a long old black T-Shirt to look like a Zombie.
Samuel needs something white to dress up as Michael for the dance. Please parents don't go out and spend a lot of money as your children are great actors and dancers and this is not the yearly show.
This week is really dedicated to the show but they are learning lots and using important skills we will be back to a more academic plan next week.
